Remote monitoring typically picks up performance drops, faults and underperforming components before they’re visible on-site, meaning a technician can often be scheduled before you’ve noticed anything’s wrong.
Planned preventative maintenance, reactive maintenance and call-outs, thermal imaging and system cleaning are all covered under one contract, rather than several separate agreements across solar, battery and general electrical.
We look after systems whether or not we installed them originally, so if you’ve inherited a system from a previous contractor, we’re happy to take it on and get it properly looked after.
