All 50 systems have been designed, manufactured, and pre-assembled at our Mirfield headquarters, ensuring a high standard of workmanship and consistency across every project. Each unit is based on a new 20ft shipping container, carefully engineered to meet the demands of both performance and durability.

To ensure long-term reliability, each container is:

• Re-sprayed for enhanced weather protection
• Externally cladded with integrated plant room access doors
• Fire-lined, insulated, and fully decorated internally

Inside, the systems are fully equipped with:

• A PV distribution board
• Solar inverters
• Battery storage systems
• Fire and security alarm systems
• Ventilation, heating, power, and internal lighting

These bespoke energy modules are then transported to site, installed onto a pre-prepared concrete foundation, and connected seamlessly to the building’s AC electrical network and DC solar generator. This plug-and-play approach significantly reduces installation time on-site and ensures minimal disruption to ongoing operations.
