2024 see’s us employ 1 Accounting Apprentice, 1 Design Apprentice and 5 Electrical Apprentices who will receive on the job and college-based learning, the electrical apprentices will take part in a 4 year electrical installation Level 3 NVQ apprenticeship, the goal is to create 5 electricians with industry recognised electrical qualifications specialising in the renewable energy sector.

The Electrical Renewable Energy Sector is maturing and growing quickly, The Stella Group specialise in bespoke design, manufacture, installation, commissioning and maintenance of Solar Photovoltaic and Battery energy storage solutions.

The apprentices will gain base electrical knowledge whilst advancing in renewable energy technology. A local business providing local Employment, The Stella Group currently employ a highly skilled local workforce and the addition of the 7 apprentices adds to this core value providing a technical base in the heart of West Yorkshire.
