The Stella Group is proud to announce the successful delivery and installation of our 50th packaged solar and battery energy storage system — a significant milestone that reflects our continued commitment to innovation, quality, and sustainable energy solutions.
All 50 systems have been designed, manufactured, and pre-assembled at our Mirfield headquarters, ensuring a high standard of workmanship and consistency across every project. Each unit is based on a new 20ft shipping container, carefully engineered to meet the demands of both performance and durability.
To ensure long-term reliability, each container is:
- Re-sprayed for enhanced weather protection
- Externally cladded with integrated plant room access doors
- Fire-lined, insulated, and fully decorated internally
Inside, the systems are fully equipped with:
- A PV distribution board
- Solar inverters
- Battery storage systems
- Fire and security alarm systems
- Ventilation, heating, power, and internal lighting
These bespoke energy modules are then transported to site, installed onto a pre-prepared concrete foundation, and connected seamlessly to the building’s AC electrical network and DC solar generator. This plug-and-play approach significantly reduces installation time on-site and ensures minimal disruption to ongoing operations.
